Manufacturer’s Warranty
Our glass products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship. Standard labor charges will apply for the replacement of warranty-covered items. Please be aware that this warranty does not apply in all cases and may have specific exclusions based on product type or usage.
A copy of the manufacturer’s warranty is available upon request.
Labor Warranty
At Reflections Glass, we are committed to providing exceptional service and workmanship. We offer a 5-year warranty on our labor. If an installation error is identified within this period, we will promptly conduct an inspection to assess the issue. Replacement will be based on the recommendation of a professional from Reflections Glass. Please note that replacement will be limited to the original items provided by us. Any additional items requiring replacement will be the responsibility of the property owner.
